I think the hotel was nice, would definitely come back. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide array of goodies. The beds were big, I slept well. The location was unbeatable and marvellous in the old town and met needs. I found Blanco offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

L'Acanto is my go-to place in Syracuse. They helped with my elderly parents. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and AC. Plus, pets are welcome! Coming back for xmas. No regrets.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at L'Acanto in the heart of Syracuse. The location was perfect, situated on the picturesque via Roma. Our room and bathroom were lovely, with a charming touch of organic soap and fragrant loo rolls. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the common area with 24-hour access to a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine was a bonus. The daily room cleaning and abundance of mineral water were also greatly appreciated.

The value for money at L'Acanto was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right in the center of Ortigia, and the staff, especially Giuliana, were friendly and helpful.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with a more convenient and organized way of choosing the items.
